What is Global NETTV / NetTV Plus?

Global NETTV enables customers to watch leading ex YU TV channels in Australia by using NetTV Plus platform. NetTV Plus platform is available anywhere in the world and enables expats to stay connected with their homeland by using our service. Service is available on the TV by using NetTV Plus box or using some Smart TV's, PC's, smartphones and tablet's

What is needed for NetTV Plus service to work good?

A.

To use NetTV Plus all you need is internet connection with at least 5mbps of speed. Whether you use this service on the TV, PC or smart devices satellite equipment is NOT needed.

How much internet data will I use for using NetTV Plus service?

A.

It is hard to tell precisely, but roughly if you are watching channels in SD quality usage is approx 600 - 700 MB per hour, where if service is used watching channels supported in HD quality usage is going up  to approx 1GB per hour. Depending on customer's needs and availability approx. 300GB of internet data can be used per month for watching channels. Please note this is approximate estimation and all customers are responsible to ensure they have enough data available.

How to install NetTV set top box?

A.

Box can be self installed just by using install manual or by following our technician's directions over the phone. If you are based in Melbourne region we can get technician organised  to come and conduct installation for agreed fee. For more info about technician installation contact us on 03 9005 6252.

What if the set top box is faulty?

A.

If the set top box is faulty please contact us to find a solution, so you can get back to using our service ASAP.

How to pay and become customer?

A.

What do I do if service is not working properly?

If there are problems occurring while using our service, please contact us immediately so that we can try and fix the issue.

How can I see the quality of your service and list of channels?

All potential customers can contact us or fill out a FREE TRIAL form to test our service. Free trial is for up to 30 days from the moment of activation. During the trial period you will be enabled all the features of our service and you will be able to test the quality.

Can I use this service on my TV device?

YES, our service can be used by using NetTV Plus box or just using your Smart TV if it is supported by NetTV and has an NetTV app available.

Can I use this service using my phone?

YES, this service can be used on all smartphones or tablets that use both Android and Apple OS.

Are the channels LIVE?

A.

YES, it is a real time stream, and you are watching content LIVE coming from the country where the channel is from. These channels are NOT satellite channels normally broadcasted in the past.

How did you overcome the problem of a time zone difference?

A.

All channels can be streamed LIVE or customer can use catch up TV(CUTV) option. CUTV enables customers to rewind back any channels up to 7 days, and watch the favourite content when they want it. Customer can go back to a favourite tv show, movie or a sports event and watch it at the more convenient time.
